Surgery Times
Our surgeries are open from Monday
to Friday. Reception and telephone
lines are available 8.00am to
6.00pm. There are no routine
surgeries on Bank Holidays. Please
see our surgery timetable for
detailed timings.
Extended Hours
For those patients
that work full time and find it
difficult to come to the surgery
during normal surgery hours of 8am
to 6pm, the Practice holds late
evening surgeries from 6.30pm to 7:45pm
one evening every week, as well as a
Saturday morning surgery every other
Saturday from 8:30am to 11:30am. These appointments are
only pre-bookable and the telephones
are not available during these
times. Please check with reception
staff to book an extended hours
surgery appointment.
Routine Appointments – Telephone
0844 880 2800
All surgery consultations are by
appointment and should be made at
reception or by telephoning during
normal surgery hours from 8.00am to
6.00pm. Please book in advance for
routine appointments and if you
cannot attend please notify us as we
can then offer this appointment to
another patient. Children under 16
should usually be accompanied by an
adult. If more than one member of
your family wishes to be seen by the
doctor, please make a separate
appointment for each of them.
If you need to be seen the same day
for an urgent consultation, please
telephone as early as possible after
8.00am. If you do not need to be
seen the same day, please try to
phone between 11.00pm and 6.00pm
when the lines are less busy.
Please do not telephone the routine
appointment number before 8.00am or
after 6.00pm.
Appointments not attended
Patients are advised to contact reception to cancel any appointment they can not attend. Many hours of clinicians time are wasted when patients do not attend appointments and do not inform the Practice they can not attend.

simple questions about why you need
to speak to the doctor.
They have been trained to do this
and anything you tell them will be
completely confidential.
