Disabled Patients

There are access and facilities for the disabled, including those in a wheelchair, at our Severn Way Surgery and at Park Road. Please discuss any potential problems when booking an appointment.

Hospital Transport

For patients requiring assistance with transportation to hospital appointments, reception can arrange this with minimum 48 hours notification. Assistance is offered via the volunteer service Friends in Need, who do ask for a donation.

Interpreting

The clinicians use Languageline for interpreting purposes.
